Timeless Carpentry & Co Pty Ltd is an Australian carpentry and construction company providing residential and commercial carpentry services throughout New South Wales and other service areas where applicable.

Our services include, but are not limited to, door installation, internal fit-outs, timber framing, decking, fencing, maintenance works, heritage restoration, renovations, and other general carpentry services.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or interfere with their use and enjoyment of the Website.

4. Quotes

Any quotation provided by Timeless Carpentry & Co Pty Ltd:

  • Is based on the information available at the time it is prepared.
  • May be subject to a site inspection before being confirmed.
  • Is valid for seven (7) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • May be revised if the scope of works, specifications, materials, site conditions, or project requirements change, or if additional work is requested.

A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until it has been accepted by the Client and accepted by Timeless Carpentry & Co Pty Ltd. Acceptance of a quotation forms a separate agreement governing the specific project and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

5. Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Quoted prices are based on the agreed scope of works at the time the quotation is issued. Additional works, variations, unforeseen site conditions, changes requested by the Client, or increases in material or supplier costs may result in additional charges, which will be discussed with the Client before the additional work is carried out where reasonably practicable.

Timeless Carpentry & Co Pty Ltd reserves the right to correct any clerical, typographical, or calculation errors contained in a quotation or invoice prior to acceptance.

6. Booking and Scheduling

Any commencement or completion dates provided by Timeless Carpentry & Co Pty Ltd are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every reasonable effort to commence and complete works within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

  • Adverse weather conditions.
  • Delays in the supply or delivery of materials.
  • Material shortages or product availability.
  • Delayed approvals or variations requested by the Client.
  • Restricted or unsafe site access.
  • Unforeseen site conditions, including hidden structural defects or services.
  • Delays caused by other trades, contractors, or third parties.
  • Industrial action, transport disruptions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

Where practical, Timeless Carpentry & Co Pty Ltd will promptly notify the Client of any anticipated scheduling changes and provide revised commencement or completion estimates.

Timeless Carpentry & Co Pty Ltd will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, expense, or damages arising from delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If works are delayed due to the Client’s actions or failure to provide site access, approvals, information, or required selections when requested, Timeless Carpentry & Co Pty Ltd reserves the right to reschedule the works and recover any reasonable costs incurred as a result of the delay.

7. Payments

If payment is not received by the due date, Timeless Carpentry & Co Pty Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Suspend all works until all overdue amounts have been paid in full.
  • Recover any outstanding amounts owing, including any applicable interest where permitted by law.
  • Recover all reasonable costs incurred in collecting overdue debts, including legal fees, debt collection agency fees, court costs, and other recovery expenses where permitted by law.
  • Retain ownership and possession of any materials, goods, or products supplied but not yet installed, or otherwise permitted by law, until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.

Any delays to the project resulting from suspended works due to non-payment may affect the completion timeline. Timeless Carpentry & Co Pty Ltd will not be liable for any costs, losses, or delays arising from the suspension of works caused by overdue payments.

8. Variations

Any changes to the agreed scope of works after a quotation has been accepted must be requested by the Client and approved by Timeless Carpentry & Co Pty Ltd.

Variations may result in:

  • Additional labour, materials, or other associated costs.
  • Changes to the project schedule or completion date.
  • A revised quotation or variation notice for the Client’s approval before the additional work commences, where reasonably practicable.

Timeless Carpentry & Co Pty Ltd reserves the right to decline any requested variation that is impractical, unsafe, or outside the agreed scope of works.

9. Warranties

Timeless Carpentry & Co Pty Ltd warrants that all workmanship will be carried out with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with applicable Australian laws and industry standards.

Manufacturer warranties apply separately to products, materials, fixtures, and hardware supplied by third-party manufacturers.

Our workmanship warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Accidental or deliberate damage.
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Improper maintenance or failure to follow manufacturer recommendations.
  • Alterations, repairs, or modifications carried out by others after completion.
  • Structural movement, settlement, or conditions beyond our reasonable control.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters, storms, flooding, fire, pests, or other external events.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, guarantees, or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content published on this Website, including text, photographs, images, graphics, logos, branding, designs, drawings, documents, downloadable materials, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Timeless Carpentry & Co Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.
